Experiences in doing research work on:

Biology of Maruca testulalis and its distribution pattern with special reference to sampling technique evaluation in pigeon pea. Carried out this research work in CA, AAU Jorhat. The pod borer M. testulalis is the major pest of leguminous crops in the tropics & subtropics, causing economic loss of product.

Integrated Management of tea pest: Helopeltis thevora (Tea Mosquito Bug), in different tea gardens of upper Assam. The project work was under the department of Plant Protection, TRA, Jorhat. Chemical as well as biopesticides are used to control TMB in different tea gardens of Assam.
